  BAD BAD BAD!!!! AVOID No customer service. No one ever gets back to you. Order took so long to arrive and when it did the quality was rubbish. SO angry with this company. I expressed there was a particular item that I was really unhappy with - told to send it back for a refund...never got it and not heard a word from them since. Don't bother with them. There are better printers out there. Helen

  This review mirrors the other bad reviews. Once a very good company but went downhill over the past year or 2. No body ever replys to emails and nobody ever picks up the phone. My last 4 orders were very late Products have sky rocketed in price and shipping no longer free. They used to warn of poor picture quality but no warning given anymore. Rewind 2 years and i would have given 5 stars i loved this company but now unfortuantly its let me down too many times.

  Fantastic Quality canvases everytime. Had an occasion when one arrived damaged and a new one was sent out the same day with no issues. Will continue to use as they are great quality and very good prices.
